Mr. Chen Haiyong has more than 20 years of working experience in the telecommunication industry, and has rich successful experience in R&D, standards, marketing and sales worldwide. He has served as the chief representative of 3GPP CT1, CloudEPC PE, Director of Huawei Cloud Core MSSD Northeast Europe Branch，NFV&5G Core President of Huawei Cloud Core Network Product Line. Currently Chen Haiyong serves as the President of CS&IMS domain of Huawei Cloud Core Network Product Line.
