Ömer Dedeoğlu is with Türk Telekom since 2011 and he currently works as Radio Network Investment Manager. He had essential role in defining the RAN strategy and investment plans. He manages the RAN vendor portfolio and is responsible for the CAPEX budget. He received his B.S. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Bilkent University, in 2001, and the M.S. degree in computer engineering from New Mexico University, in 2003. He worked for Research and Development projects and made Radio NW investment plans at Turkcell before joining Turk Telekom.
