Gonzalo Escuder, Head of Mobile Network Operations, ANTEL Uruguay
Gonzalo Escuder Bell leads the Mobile Network Operations Department at ANTEL, the largest communications company in Uruguay. Over the last 25 years, he has been involved in the evolution of the network and services, playing a key role in the deployments that have led to ANTEL's leadership in Latin America (5G/LTE core, IMS, IP networks, IoT). A graduate of the Universidad de la República's Engineering program, he currently serves as a professor and researcher at the Engineering Faculty of ORT University and has also been a featured speaker at various international events (GSMLA, Lacnic, JNT, and Informa).
