Philippe Fouet, Technical Director, Cercle Credo
Philippe Fouet has a long experience in the Telecom industry. Since 2000, he has been involved in major optical fiber projects, for international carriers and FttH operators. He managed one of the largest FttH network (THD Seine) in France. Since 2017, Philippe Fouet works as a freelance consultant for FttH infrastructure operators. Philippe Fouet was a Member of the Arcep Expert Committee. Philippe Fouet is currently CREDO Technical Director, an association which promotes the use of the optical fiber, of course in telecom networks, but also as a sensor in many industrial applications.
