Christian Gacon started in 1994 in France Telecom in, successively, fixed network operations, wholesale and product development. He joined in 2010, as Chief Technical Officer, a start-up deploying and operating smart metering networks (then m2ocity, now Birdz). He then came back to Orange in 2014 to deal with Orange technical strategy for wireline networks (fixed access, IP and optical transport) and joined Orange France in 2020 to lead broadband networks design and operations.
