Josh currently leads Product Development and Management for AT&T’s 14M Consumer Broadband customers. In his 20+ year career with AT&T, Josh is known for his “roll-up-the-sleeves” approach to building innovative organizations at the forefront of technological development from concept, to reality, to scale.
In his previous leadership role, Josh spearheaded product initiatives on a global scale by delivering software-centric solutions for AT&T’s $37B Business Team. Josh debuted AT&T’s first software-defined networking solution and launched AT&T’s first global virtualized platform. Under Josh’s leadership, AT&T’s Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) product launched, scaled, and was recognized across the industry for outstanding market leadership. His team also introduced one of the industry’s first Network Edge Compute solutions.
In addition to his product roles, Josh has led teams in customer experience, call center operations, network, and business and consumer sales. In these roles, he integrated innovation with operational understanding, all with the customer at heart.
As an Ironman finisher, Josh has a passion for redefining what is possible at work and at play.
