Dr. Angelos Mavridis is an independent international Business Advisor and Consultant based in Germany, and he is Board Advisor Sustainability of the Wireless Broadband Alliance.
His current interest is Sustainability of ITC Solutions in Vertical Business Sectors. In 2022 he introduced the challenging topic of Sustainability in the WBA in cooperation with GeSI and the European Green Digital Coalition (EGDC) of the European Union.
Angelos was Member of the Board of Directors of the WBA representing Deutsche Telekom from July 2019 to May 2023. From 2018 on he led the WBA working group for Inflight Connectivity developing business opportunities for MNO´s in airplanes by offering Wi-Fi Roaming as Cellular Roaming.
Angelos has 34 years of experience in telecommunications working for Detecon, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, o.tel.o, German Health-Network and after 2000 for the Deutsche Telekom Group in different positions in Germany
