Henriette Pedersen, Head of Customer Experience, Global Business, Telia Company
Henriette Pedersen has more than 15 years’ experience from working with innovation and digitalization and is currently Head of Customer Experience for Telia Company’s Global Business unit. Prior to her current role she has worked with project management for international projects and programs, and as Head of Global Network and Security Portfolio in Telia Company’s Group Project Portfolio Management Office.
Henriette has worked with strategic, commercial, and technical aspects and has done a number of training sessions in topics such as Diversity & Inclusion, CX, Project Management, and Leadership.
