Andrew van der Haar is one of the founders and Managing Director of the Fiber Carrier Association. Founded in the Netherlands in 2016. Fiber Carrier Association (FCA) Unites Dutch carriers to achieve mutual cooperation between fiber carriers. Our goal is to align Carriers, Government and Users. This will improve economic growth for the user, the sector and the Netherlands.
