Xiaolei Wu, Executive Vice President, China Telecom Global Limited
Mr. Wu Xiao Lei is the Executive Vice President of China Telecom Global Limited. He is responsible for network and product development, procurement, DICT business development and Innovic Technology Corporation Limited. Mr. Wu has more than 20 years working experiences in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining China Telecom Global, Mr. Wu served for Beijing International Switching System Corp., China Telecom Corporation Limited and China Telecom (Europe) Limited. Mr. Wu graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a master’s degree in Signal and Information Processing.
